Good chairs only concern magnetpod corrosion

"I have no complaints about the chairs—they’re excellent. However, despite taking great care of them, especially considering how much they cost, the cup holder magnets have corroded and bubbled up, making the chairs look terrible. I called to see if I could purchase replacement parts, but I was told they’re not available. I bought the chairs in 2022, and my only concern is that I’m unable to repair them. Their appearance has significantly deteriorated, and I can’t even use the cup holders I purchased for them anymore."

Magnepod Issues

"The chairs themselves are great. The magnepods do not hold up over time. For the cost of the chairs coupled with the number of months a year we use them, they should hold up much better. We bought cups we cannot even use because the magnepod is bowed up exposing the filler underneath the magnet."

Best customer service!

"My first hangout chair had a defect so I called customer service. Becca was phenomenal! I could not find my receipt because it had been purchased over a year ago and I had no luck contacting the store from which I made the purchase for a copy of the receipt. I was not an easy claim and I knew that, but with Becca’s help, we were able to submit what we needed for full replacement. These rafts are expensive but when you have great customer service and a team who cares about the quality of their products, it makes it worth it. I highly recommend all BOTE products. Thank you, Becca and Customer Service Team!"

Si vous vous êtes déjà assis sur une chaise Adirondack en vous disant : « Mince, ce serait génial dans l’eau », alors la chaise Hangout en instance de brevet est faite pour vous. Parfaite pour les journées chaudes où le soleil tape fort et que vous avez besoin d’un siège frais pendant que vous flottez, la chaise Hangout est immergée à l’arrière avec une moitié supérieure flottante pour vous offrir l’expérience ultime d’une chaise Adirondack dans l’eau. Votre siège est soutenu par une sangle en PVC pour que vous n’ayez jamais l’impression de faire de l’équilibre en flottant (on pense à vous, nouilles de piscine !).

À la fin de la journée, rien ne vaut une chaise qui peut flotter DANS l’eau. On nous demandait souvent si nos chaises Aero pouvaient flotter. Et même si techniquement c’est le cas, elles ne sont pas conçues pour rester assis toute la journée dans l’eau. Alors, naturellement, nous avons ressenti le besoin de créer la chaise Hangout.
